Shipping Policy for Med Braces Direct
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method chosen, and any unforeseen delays from the carrier.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 within the United States.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.
Address Errors:
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we may not be able to process or deliver your order. Please verify your shipping information before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it has been lost, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order so we can assist you in resolving the issue. Med Braces Direct is not responsible for lost or damaged goods caused by the shipping carrier, but we will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
