An Allen wrench with convenient T-handle is provided to easily shorten or lengthen the anterior thoracic support bar. The rigid lateral panels can be easily angled to provide the best possible fit for a variety of body structures. The TLSO can be used before or after surgery. Waist belts can be trimmed to fit sizes S to 2XL (up to 56” waist). Universal size.
